Access essential resources for housing, employment, education, and support

Find the Support You Need

This Resource Hub describes the kinds of support Triumphant Reentry Resources can help you connect with. Specific providers are shared directly based on your needs, location, and eligibility so we can point you to trusted options.

Housing

Stable housing is one of the most important foundations for a successful reentry. TRR maintains relationships with a variety of local and regional housing programs — including transitional housing, sober living, and longer-term options.

Tell us about your situation, and we’ll help you explore safe, realistic options that fit your needs and eligibility instead of sending you to a long list of phone numbers.

Employment

Work restores dignity, stability, and purpose. TRR helps participants prepare for employment through life skills, soft skills, and peer support while also connecting them to fair-chance employers, training programs, and workforce partners.

Share your work history and goals with us, and we’ll point you toward job readiness programs, application support, and employers who understand second chances.

Education

Education opens new doors. Whether you’re working on a GED, vocational credential, college courses, or professional certifications, TRR can help you navigate adult education programs, campus reentry supports, and scholarship opportunities.

Let us know where you are in your education journey, and we’ll connect you with programs that welcome justice-impacted learners.

Food & Clothing

No one should have to choose between food, hygiene, and other basic needs. TRR can help you find food pantries, meal programs, and clothing closets that understand the realities of reentry.

In Texas, you can also dial 2-1-1 to reach a statewide referral line for food, housing, and other community resources. We’re happy to help you navigate those options.

Healthcare

Physical and mental health are critical to long-term success. TRR can help you identify low-cost clinics, recovery programs, and counseling resources that are familiar with justice-impacted populations.

If you’re not sure where to start, reach out and we’ll help you sort through options for medical care, behavioral health, and substance use support.

Legal

Legal issues like warrants, fines, parole conditions, and records can create major barriers to housing and employment. TRR does not provide legal representation, but we can help you find reputable legal aid organizations and advocacy groups.

When you contact us, share a brief overview of your situation so we can suggest appropriate legal resources or referral lines in your area.

For real-time referrals to housing, employment, education, and other resources, contact us and a TRR team member will respond with options tailored to your situation.
